I am glad WaPo published it as well, but I'm not sure of how effective something like this will be toward affecting widespread change among Americans. Namely, it's our apathy that's getting us. Apathy toward people in the Middle East, apathy toward the plight of Tibetans, and people across Africa, and just about anywhere in the world, for that fact. Even apathy toward the people in our own back yards.
I'll blog on this soon. Just not sure where to start.

yeah, I know what you mean. But sometimes, these words can reach the right person, who has the right amount of power, who can possibly, maybe, somehow, effect a little change. Perhaps. Sigh.
